The focus of the 6-month Introductory Digital Marketing Management Services will be your Google Business Profile, previously known as Google My Business. Your Google Business Profile is the best way to boost your ranking in local search. THE OFFER:
A limited number of businesses will be invited to partner with us, Local SEO Strategies, for a 6-month period, to boost their online presence and reputation so that their business ranks higher in Google local search. The goal is to feature in the Google 3-Pack.
HOW WE DO THIS:
- Conduct an in-depth audit of your Google Business Profile (GBP) and Business Facebook Page to highlight your company’s digital strengths and weaknesses. We also run a Map Scan* to determine your business ranking results in the area/s you operate in. This provides a benchmark against which your business progress during the 6-month period can be measured.
- Create a strategy to boost your strengths and focus on the areas that require improvement. This includes fully optimising your Google Business Profile and Facebook Business Page, assisting you with getting reviews, and posting regularly, as well as applying other local SEO optimising tactics. A comprehensive list of all tactical activities to be performed and the timeframe of each during the 6-month period of the project will be provided to qualifying businesses before signing up.

PARTNER ACCOUNTABILITY:
We at Local SEO Strategies cannot achieve significant results just by applying our local ranking tactics. We require your input by providing us with your specific business information as requested, original images of your business, products and services, obtaining reviews from your clients and your feedback on an ongoing basis throughout the project. Transparency is key to the success of the project. Therefore, an accountability list for each partner will be drawn up so that both can monitor the actions and progress of the project.
EXCLUSIVITY:
Only one business in a specific industry and area will be invited to join the Introductory Offer. For example, only one electrician, one roofer, one tax consultant, etc, so you can rest assured we won’t be assisting any of your competitors.
DURATION:
The duration of the project is 6 months. This is the minimum time required to make significant ranking changes in your Google Business Profile (GBP). At the end of the 6-month period, each participant will receive a copy of all the assets we created on your behalf, e.g. GBP and Facebook post images and accompanying scripts. This is approx. 102 GBP/Facebook posts, depending on the number of weeks in the month.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN THE PROJECT ENDS?
After the completion of the 6-month period, the progress of your business will be assessed and compared to the benchmark set at the beginning of the project. You will receive a report on your progress throughout the 6-month period. You then have 3 options:

With this option you will receive the 3 monthly reports, the same as which you have been receiving over the 6-month period. This allows you to monitor your progress. You can also request ad-hoc consulting time with us if and when you run into problems and require assistance.

Should you wish to continue with our GBP and Facebook Management Services, our fee may be increased depending on your specific requirements and the additional services you wish to include, e.g. video creation, website development, website management, blog writing etc.
OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU:
We will perform all the tasks outlined in our written agreement (signed by both parties) within the time frame specified and provide telephonic or Zoom communication with you whenever required.
CLIENT EXPECTATION:
In order to achieve the best results during this 6-month project, you will receive a list of requirements needed to initiate and maintain the project. These include:
- Information regarding your business
- Original Photos of your business and products/services
- Obtaining reviews from your clients (we will provide you with an email template to assist in doing this).
- Commit to attending a monthly Zoom meeting per month.
CONTRACT & CANCELLATION
There are no contracts to be signed (only a written and signed agreement for the duration of the 6-month period). Therefore, both parties may cancel this agreement at any time by giving written notice 2 weeks prior to the next scheduled monthly payment. The participating business will receive the GBP and Facebook posts already created by us.
QUALIFYING CRITERIA:
We will conduct a FREE in-depth audit of your Google Business Profile, which includes a Map Scan, and Business Facebook Page to determine if we are able to assist you. You will receive a copy of the Audit Report and if you are selected to take part in the Introductory Digital Marketing Management Service project. This will be followed by a Zoom Meeting to discuss the agreement and any questions you may have.
