Get a quote
Contact us to discuss your specific requirements. You can either give us a call or complete the form below requesting us to contact you. During this initial meeting we will discuss things such as what you hope to achieve with your website, domain name and hosting, who your target audience is, what action you want visitors to take, the number of pages, the functionality you require such as newsletter signups, appointment booking, blog, etc.
The Proposal
Based on the information we receive from you, we will then provide you with a written proposal containing the price, number of pages, the time it will take to complete the project and all the functionality discussed during our initial meeting. You will be given 3 days to accept the proposal.
Information Gathering
Upon receipt of your signed proposal, you will receive a questionnaire relating to the style, look and feel of your website as well as requests for your logo, any images and videos, testimonials, etc. you specifically would like included in your website.
Building the Foundation – Our Guarantee
We do not request a deposit before commencing work. We want you to feel confident that the money you are investing in your website is well spent and that you can trust us to meet your expectations. Therefore, we not only provide you with a mock-up of you website (similar to a house plan), we also build the home page so you can see exactly what your website is going to look like (theme, colours, etc).
You will be given 3 day guarantee period to accept or reject the mock-up and home page design. Upon acceptance the 50% deposit becomes payable.
Full steam ahead
This is when your website comes to life as we build the other pages and add the all the functionality requested by you. We work according to a strict time table and communicate with you on a regular basis. You will be able to follow the progress of your website and provide input.
Delivery of your Shiny New Website
Once your website is complete and you have tested that everything is working properly, your website will be delivered to you and the final 50% payment becomes due and payable.
